Die sandfarbene Hose, die der Schauspieler Mark Hamill in seiner Rolle als Luke Skywalker im ersten "Star-Wars"-Film trug, hat bei ihrer Versteigerung nur 36.100 Dollar (28.000 Euro) erbracht. Bis zu 100.000 Dollar hatte der Auktionator Nate D. Sanders in Los Angeles für das Requisit erwartet. Die Hose stammt aus dem Film "Eine neue Hoffnung", der 1977 die erfolgreichste Weltraum-Saga der Filmgeschichte einleitete.
